A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. Advance is non-refundable except as per our Cancellation Policy. Full payment is due 15 days before trek departure.
Participants must be medically fit. Honest disclosure of pre-existing conditions is required. Participants follow instructions from trek leaders. Any damage caused is the participant's responsibility.
Itineraries may be modified due to weather, government restrictions, participant safety or circumstances beyond our control. We provide the closest alternative at no extra cost.
Travel insurance covering trekking at the trek's altitude is strongly recommended. We can suggest providers.
Symphony of Summits is not liable for personal injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including natural events, government action, or participant negligence.
